In 1968 Aldo Battaglia, founder of the company, carried out the first job of replacing some tube bundles of evaporation bodies in the Ferrara sugar factory.
The following year he was called by the Maraldi Spa Group to assemble and expand around 60,000 iron pipes on evaporation bodies installed at the Forlimpopoli sugar refinery under construction.
The company currently operates worldwide in the field of re-tubing, testing, cleaning and maintenance of heat exchangers, turbine condensers and steam generators in the electricity production sector (thermoelectric, biomass and nuclear power plants), chemistry and refining of oil.
