Heat exchangers

The tube bundle heat exchanger is very popular in the industrial field. It can be installed vertically or horizontally depending on the condition of use and can work in both high and low pressure. Operating pressures can be up to 150 bar. The exchange surface can be up to 8,000 m2.

The pipe/tubesheet joint is usually expanded but can also be welded and expanded depending on the uses and operating temperatures/pressures.

The exchangers we maintain can be “bundles” or exchangers with a “shell”. In some cases only the tube bundle is replaced, in others the tube bundle + “cage” (diaphragms, tie rods, spacers, guides, etc…)
