Turbine condenser

The turbine condenser of the tube bundle, also known as the surface condenser, is used to condense the waste steam coming from the turbine that, impacting against the tubes of the tube bundle inside which water flows at a lower temperature, condenses and returns to the liquid state which is sent back to the steam generator and restarts the cycle.
The materials of the tube bundle are mainly, carbon steel, stainless, copper alloys, nickel and titanium. The pipe/tube sheet joint can be rolled only or welded and rolled. Sectors of use are mainly energy production, district heating, cogeneration, chemical, petrochemical.
